End User License Agreement

Thank you for using Game Prelauncher!

Please read carefully: by installing the software, copying software and/or clicking on the "accept" button below, you agree to all of the terms of this end user license agreement regarding your use of the software. If you do not agree with any terms of this agreement, click on the "no" button and/or do not install, copy or otherwise use the software.
License

1. Game Prelauncher is protected by applicable national copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual laws and international treaties. Game Prelauncher is licensed, not sold.

2. By accepting this agreement, you have nonexclusive royalty-free license to use the Game Prelauncher during the evaluation period of 16 days. The validity term of this license can be extended for unlimited time period by means of payment. Paid license grants a nonexclusive right to use the registered version on two computers belonging to one person, for any lawful purpose.

3. Limitations of use
You do not have the right to:
a. Install/use Game Prelauncher with one paid license on more than two computers at the same time;
b. Sublicense the software;
c. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software;
d. Modify, or create derivative works based upon the Software in whole or in part;
e. Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software;
f. Resell, lease, rent or otherwise transfer rights to the Software;
Any such unauthorized use will result in immediate and automatic termination of this agreement and may be prosecuted.

4. Game Prelauncher may be freely distributed in any media providing it is not modified and only with the trial license. You do not have the right to distribute the program with a paid license.

5. This software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Author denies any and all other warranties, whether expressed, implied, or statutory, including, but without limitation, the implied warranties of noninfringement of third party rights and fitness for a particular purpose. The author is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, hidden, dependent or consequential damages arising for any reason, directly or indirectly arising under this agreement.

6. Author has a NO REFUND sales policy. All sales of licenses are FINAL. Before purchasing a license, you are provided a 16-day evaluation period to determine whether the Software fits your business needs, works on your computer, and provides the benefits for which you will purchase the Software license.

7. This License Agreement is effective until terminated. Author - Shyshko Alexanderhas the right to terminate this license at any time immediately if You are in breach of any of its terms and conditions. Upon any such termination You must stop use of Software and destroy all electronic copies of the Software. The author may at any time change the terms of software distribution.
You may terminate this agreement at any time, completely stopping the use of software, and completely destroying all copies of the software are at your disposal.

8. Installing and using Game Prelauncher means that you understand the terms of this license agreement and agree to them.
